South Florida Fashion Academy middle and high school students can begin studying fashion design as early as sixth grade and start learning the principles of fashion design. We're committed to providing our creative fashion design students with an unparalleled education that prepares students for a future in the fashion industry.
IMMERSING STUDENTS INTO AN EVER EVOLVING FASHION LANDSCAPE
At South Florida Fashion Academy, students receive a standard core curriculum education, including subjects like math, reading, and social studies, as mandated by Florida’s Department of Education, while also specializing in fashion design as their elective focus. Creatives are equipped with the fundamentals of the fashion industry through practical, hands-on experiences, exposure to various aspects of fashion such as design, sewing, marketing, and trend analysis. Additionally, SF/FA students benefit from mentorship by industry professionals and access to connections that help them thrive in the dynamic fashion landscape, enhanced by collaborative projects and networking.
